The difference between VSP5161 and VSP 5162 : 

         VSP 5162 has six channels while VSP 5161 has four channels for configurable preview and program.

         The extra two channels of inputs is one channel  of DVI4 input and one channel of VGA4 input. 

The difference between VSP5162S and VSP 5162:

        VSP 5162S has one 3G SDI input more than VSP 5162.
